Beauty and Stress

Hello girls <3 So recently I've been through some stressful times with some of my friends and some guys..... It has stunk. I have realized that I have looked tired and sad when I've been stressed so I want to share some ways to make me look and feel better. My first way was kindof obvious, a hot bath. I turned off the lights in my bathroom and made myself a hot bath and placed a bath bomb from Lush in there. You have no idea how amazing it felt to just be in a steamy, dark, and amazing smelling room after drama. I strongly suggest this for de-stressing. After my bath I felt better but I still looked like a mess.  It was probably because I kept waking up at night and I couldn't fall back asleep because I was too busy thinking. I was looking through my bathroom looking for my moisturizer the other day and I found out that my family owns Aromatherapy Pillow Mist by Bath and Body Works, which helps you sleep easier. I don't know if it actually did anything but I actually did sleep more and I looked a heck of a lot better. So hopefully I helped you if your going through a stressful time like I was (but don't worry about me its all solved now) Thanks for reading <3
