- CLAY MASK
- 1½ tsp green clay
- ½ tsp kaolin clay
- 1½ tbsp aloe vera gel
- 1 tbsp rosewater
- 2 drops rose essential oil
Combine the clays first, then the rest of the ingredients and simply apply to face for about 10 minutes (no more then 15) and your skin will be super duper soft!
- BROWN SUGAR SCRUB
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tsp (more or less, add drops if you need them) of olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil
Basically just combine the two ingredients (I prefer coconut oil because I hat the smell of olive oil)
and massage into skin. Follow with moisturizer for super soft and no longer dry skin.
- OATMEAL MASK
- 1 cup cold natural yogurt (doesn't have to be cold but I like it that way)
- ½ cup plain oatmeal
Just combine and apply to your face, leave it there for up to 15 minutes, good for sensitive skin.
- ASPIRIN MASK (FOR ACNE AND PIMPLES)
- 1-3 aspirin
- Coffee cup or glass cup
- Shallow dish
- Warm honey (runny honey), moisturizer made for the face or natural oil such as almond, olive or coconut
Crush the aspirin with a cup or spoon and place in the bowl. Stir in a few drops to make the aspirin a paste. Now add the other ingredients. Apply this directly to pimples etc. (not all over) and wash off in 10 minutes
